Shipping is Free in Australia on all full priced items.

Worldwide shipping is available for a subsidised flat fee and is tracked and sent via Australia Post. Delivery is within 5-21 working days, depending on where you are in the world!

We will happily exchange, or supply a store credit within 30 days of purchase.  

Please make sure your shoes are in brand new, unworn condition and we recommend sending your shoes back to us with a trackable service.

You'll receive a refund of the shipping cost back to us and we'll send out the new size with free shipping.  Refunded Return Shipping only applies to Standard Postage NOT Express.
